My Father's Dragon is a popular children's story by Ruth Stiles Gannett. Within it, a little boy named Elmer Elevator travels off to a distant island to rescue a dragon. We at the BRH created our own version, Elmer Biohistory’s Adventure, which Elmer traces the path of evolution as he meets various animals.
